About the role
We believe that flexibility and trust allow you to thrive! As our DevOps Engineer, you'll support our core engineering team, work with cutting-edge infrastructure technologies, primarily using bare-metal servers.
You'll tackle complex challenges and take ownership, ensuring the reliable operation of our blockchain networks, including the management and optimization of validators for Cosmos chains.

What you'll be doing
As our DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Feature Delivery- Collaborate with core teams to implement and deliver new features
Validator Management- Manage and maintain validators for Cosmos-based blockchain networks, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
RPC Services - Oversee the operation of (public) RPC services, providing reliable access for users and developers in the ecosystem.
Monitoring Solutions - Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions, including health-check dashboards for server status and blockchain usage metrics, with plans for public accessibility.
Automated Tooling- Design and deploy cost-efficient, automated tooling for infrastructure management, emphasizing minimal manual intervention and robust self-recovery mechanisms.
Who we're looking for
We're happy to consider applicants with strong experience as a DevOps Engineer - an important thing is that you communicate proactively, and can take full ownership of your responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate will be able to: - Demonstrate excellent, proactive communication skills
- Share knowledge and provide support to the team
- Learn and work with completely new technologies
- Take the initiative to propose or explore solutions for improvement
- Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Work in line with our usual timezones (UTC-05:00 - UTC+03:00)
It's also nice to have experience with:- Blockchain Technologies: Understanding of blockchain protocols and de-centralized applications
- Bare metal servers: Hands-on experience with bare metal server management and optimization
- Crypto-Tooling & Nodes: Familiarity with running tools & node operations, e.g. Evmos nodes
- Ansible: Proficiency for automation and configuration management
- GoLang: For tooling and infrastructure development
